SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us.

Processing Time

All print orders are processed within 5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Packaging

Prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

  • Small prints are shipped flat in protective packaging

  • Larger prints may be rolled and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Damaged or Lost Prints

If your print arrives damaged or does not arrive:

  • Contact us at armitageroger@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos if the print or packaging is damaged

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for supporting our art. This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to physical print artworks sold and shipped wordwide. 

 

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty

  • You receive an incorrect item

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.

 

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, format, or artwork selected by the customer

  • Minor colour variations (colours may vary slightly due to monitor and printing differences)

  • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order prints

  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your print arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label.

 

Once assessed, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • A replacement at no additional cost​

  • A refund (full or partial, depending on the issue)

 

4. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us

 

5. Return Conditions

Approved returns must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in original or secure packaging

  • Be sent back within 14 days of return approval

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

6. Refund Processing
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are refundable only where the return is due to our error

 

7. Shipping Costs
  • We cover return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any returns not approved under this policy

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
